How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern products, including the Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler, are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the bottom of your specific item for care instructions to maintain its finish.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?
Yes, we stand by our products with a Built for Life™ lifetime warranty. If your Stanley fails to perform due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Our team works quickly to process orders, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a very short window. Please contact customer support immediately if you need to make an adjustment.
How do I clean the lid of my Quencher?
The FlowState™ lid can be disassembled for deep cleaning. Remove the silicone gasket and the rotating cover to wash them separately in warm soapy water or the dishwasher.
