We want you to love your gear as much as your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items back in their original Stanley 1913 packaging, including all tags and protective inserts, before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
